In Aleksandar Despić Gallery, over four hundred items from the collection of the Museum of Science and Technology are exhibited at the permanent exhibition Man and Technology. The exhibit shows technological development and its impact on people's lives, and is organized into four units: wheel-machine-motor, communication, man and technology, measure and number.
The display shows objects that bear witness to how people used to live and work in Serbia. You will learn a little more about old technologies and the development of electrification in Serbia, as well as how and where steam ships sailed, how printing was done without a printer, what the first locally produced computers looked like or why Tesla's asynchronous motor is a revolutionary invention.
