In the development of modern science and technology, the fields of automation and robotics have an important place, since without them we cannot imagine scientific and technological progress, industrial production, or daily life. The section of Automation and Robotics explores, collects and presents material significant for the history of these areas in the territory of Serbia and around the world. Scientific-research institutions, such as Institute “Mihajlo Pupin“ from Belgrade, are considered to be pioneers in the field of robotics in our country, and in the mid 1960’s they were among the leading ones in the world. In that period, “Belgrade hand” and “Belgrade knee prosthesis”.
