Ever since the first exhibition of the Museum of Science and Technology, Man and Stone, opened on October 10, 1990 in the Gallery of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts, through the exhibitions Paths of Serbian Engineering, Nikola Tesla - Life and Work, World of Chemistry, Branislav Kojić - Memory of an Architect , Engineer Miloš Savčić - builder, businessman, mayor, Geodesy - why, how, with what, until the exhibition From dusk till dawn - 120 years of electrification of Serbia, etc., the exhibitions of the Museum of Science and Technology attracted a lot of attention, both from scientific circles and from a wider audience, received awards and were among the most visited exhibitions in Belgrade. The exhibition On Factories and workers has been has been awarded project of the year 2021 by NC ICOM Serbia.

The Museum's exhibitions currently consist of the following exhibitions: Museum exhibition in the Aleksandar Despic Gallery, Children's Museum, Science Playroom, Medicine in Serbia through the Ages and The Museum of Spa Treatment.
